Cries the crowd over victory
“God forever save our king

In dancing shadows of torch-lit town
A soldier alone cries in the crowd
He can no longer stand heat of fray
The blind eyes reflecting images
They see nothing but that glassy stare
The ears deaf to any noise
Echo endlessly that heavy sigh
The corpse of him still lays in him
It’s growing up in upset mind
He’s speaking up again his mind:
